Design and development
The design process is always initiated very early in the project. Based on the project scale and design considerations we prepare layout and locate booths, ventilation systems, equipment, robots and conveyor lines.
Complete solution drawings
Our engineering team are first and foremost experts in surface preparation and corrosion protection and can apply their unique knowledge to designing high quality automated solutions with the optimal equipment for each surface treatment process.
We also prepare molding drawings for foundations and anchoring points for machinery and equipment and determine the consumption points for electricity and compressed air, based on the established energy volumes.
Part of the design is also a complete safety circuit including alarm with multiple levels of robot safety, conveyor safeties and access control during operation of the system.
